My work experience

Himydata

Project Manager
09/2024 - 11/2024

At Himydata, I had the opportunity to discover the field of Data and AI, which was entirely new to me. In this company based in Sophia Antipolis, my main responsibility was to manage and supervise the different ongoing projects. I was in charge of making sure that the teams were going in the right direction whilst meeting the deadlines, the budget, and the customers' demands.

Despite having been surrounded by a nice, caring team, I had to quit my adventure at Himydata after only two months due to personal reasons. However, the simple fact of having been able to explore the IT business world made this short experience a truly rewarding one.

Couteauxduchef

E-commerce Manager
01/2016 - 09/2024

It is in this company where I acquired most of my professional experience. I arrived at Couteauxduchef in 2016 when I was only 21 years old. My journey at this company based in Mandelieu la-Napoule started as an internship. As an intern, I was responsible for the web writing and customer service of a new website that was meant for the online sale of kitchen knives and utensils: MyChefKnives.co.uk.

After having accomplished by missions as an intern, the company offered me a fixed-term contract, which later turned into a permanent contract. Throughout the years, my tasks and my responibilities evolved. I became the E-commerce manager for several new websites created by the company such as Wusaki.com, Autourduchef.com, Fukito.com and KnifeLeader.com.

The desire of discovering new things and going out of my comfort zone pushed my to quit journey after almost nine years in the cutlery and e-commerce universe. However, those years will forever remain amongts the most remarkable experiences in my professional and personal life.

Pedestal Foods

Dishwasher
01/2012 - 05/2015

I'm well aware that most people tend to neglect the professional experience gained during part-time jobs or as a student. However, I believe that these experiences deserve to be mentioned, because that is when we start to develop the values that will later make us great professionals: punctuality, teamwork, discipline, etc.

My experience at Pedestal Foods lasted the same length of my studies at Lindenwood University in the USA. I had a part-time contract, and I was in charge of the "pots and pans" section of the diswasher team. Despite being a job with a sad, public connotation, I truly enjoyed my work duties. This job taught me that if we invest ourselves in a positive way in everything we do, even the least appealing tasks can be accomplished with joy and a smile.
